Instructions for use:

1. Cold therapy:

   • Place the mask in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before use. If desired, you can also put it in the freezer.
   • Make sure the mask is properly cool, but not frozen.
   • Once the mask is sufficiently cold, gently place it over your eyes and adjust it comfortably on your head.
   • Relax and enjoy the soothing cold therapy for 10–15 minutes.
   • Remove the mask and let your skin rest for a few minutes before repeating if desired.
   • The transparent side of the mask is always colder than the fabric side. Keep this in mind when placing it over your eyes.
2. • Heat therapy:

   • Place a damp cloth or paper towel on a microwave-safe plate. Place the mask on the damp cloth.

   • Heat the mask in the microwave in 5-second intervals, checking the mask's temperature after each interval.

   • Stop heating when the mask has reached a comfortable temperature for you.

   • Carefully remove the mask from the microwave with oven mitts or a towel and test the temperature on the back of your hand.

   • If the temperature is suitable, gently place the mask over your eyes and relax for 10–15 minutes.

Care:

• Store the mask in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
• Avoid tearing the mask, as this may cause gel beads to leak.
• Do not wash the mask in a washing machine. Hand wash, rinse, and lay flat to dry.
• If the mask is damaged or starts to leak, discontinue use and replace it with a new one.

• Do not use the mask on open wounds or broken skin.
• Always check the mask's temperature before placing it over your eyes to prevent burns or discomfort.
