Shipping and delivery
The owner of the online store MaiWistik.eu (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) is MaiWistik OÜ, located at Köie 18, Tallinn.
Validity of Sales Agreement, Product and Price Information
These sales terms and conditions apply to purchases made from the Online Store.
Prices of products sold in the Online Store are indicated in euros next to the products. A fee for the delivery of goods will be added to the price.
The delivery fee depends on the buyer's location and the delivery method.
The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when placing an order. Information about the goods is provided directly next to the goods in the Online Store.
Payment methods in Estonia: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Citadele (with payment initiation service), Pocopay. Payment intermediation is provided by Maksekeskus AS.
Placing an Order
To order goods, add the desired products to your shopping cart. To place an order, fill in the required data fields and choose a suitable delivery method. The total amount to be paid will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid via an Estonian bank link or other payment solution. The client pays 100% of the order amount (including shipping costs) to confirm the order.
The contract comes into force upon receipt of the amount due to the Online Store's bank account.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the goods being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible, and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will be refunded without delay, but no later than within 14 days of sending the notification.
Delivery
Shipping costs are borne by the buyer, and the relevant price information is displayed next to the shipping method.
Domestic shipments in Estonia usually reach the destination specified by the buyer within 3-7 working days from the entry into force of the sales agreement. The order fulfillment takes a maximum of 48-96 hours after payment, after which the goods are sent to the recipient via the service provider chosen by the client (domestic shipments in Estonia usually arrive the next day after the parcel is posted).
Delivery outside Estonia takes place within 30 calendar days. In exceptional cases, the goods may be delivered within up to 45 calendar days.
Order Delivery Methods
- Omniva Post24 service – parcel lockers are located outdoors in the busiest areas in 31 settlements across Estonia. This ensures 24/7 access to parcel lockers. The service cost is 3.50€.
- Smart POST service – with SmartPOST's indoor parcel lockers, you don't have to worry about cold, heat, or moisture damaging your shipment. Parcel lockers are located all over Estonia, and new locations are constantly being added. The service cost is 3.50€.
- Orders to third countries are serviced by SmartShip and/or DHL courier service. Prices depend on the country to which the order is sent and can be seen in the order confirmation view in the e-shop or in the order confirmation email, if the order was placed via email.
Right of Withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days from the receipt of the ordered goods and return the goods in an unused condition, in undamaged packaging. The consumer must return the goods to the seller within 14 days of making the withdrawal statement at the latest.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
To exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods must not be used in any other way than is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, in a manner similar to how goods are tested in a physical store.
If the goods have been used for purposes other than what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning, or if they show signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refunded amount in accordance with the decrease in the value of the goods.
To return the goods, a statement of withdrawal from the purchase of the goods must be submitted. The form can be found here: withdrawal statement and sent to info@maiwistik.eu no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer, except in cases where the reason for return is that the item to be returned does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g., wrong or defective item).
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days following the submission of the statement or provide proof that they have handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, the Online Store will refund to the buyer without delay, but no later than 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal statement, all payments received from the buyer under the contract.
The Online Store may refuse to make refunds until it has received the item that is the subject of the contract back or until the buyer has provided proof that they have sent the item back, whichever occurs first.
If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method different from the cheapest ordinary delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not obliged to refund the consumer the cost exceeding the cost associated with the ordinary delivery method.
The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the goods back from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online store is significantly below the market price due to an error.
Right to Lodge a Complaint
The Online Store is responsible for non-compliance or defects in goods sold to the buyer, which existed at the time of handing over the item and which become apparent within two years from the handover of the goods to the buyer. During the first six months from the handover of the item to the buyer, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of handover. The Online Store is responsible for disproving this presumption.
In case of a defect, the buyer has the right to contact the online store within two months at the latest, by sending an email to info@maiwistik.eu or calling +372 56285173.
The Online Store is not responsible for defects that have arisen after the goods have been handed over to the buyer.
If the goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods.
If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund all payments associated with the sales agreement to the buyer.
The Online Store will respond to the consumer's complaint in writing or in a form allowing written reproduction within 15 days.
Direct Marketing and Processing of Personal Data
The Online Store uses personal data entered by the buyer (including name, phone number, address, email address, bank details) only for processing the order and sending the goods to the buyer.
The Online Store transmits personal data to companies providing transport services for the purpose of delivering the goods.
The Online Store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer's email address only if the buyer has expressed a wish to do so by entering their email address on the website and indicating their desire to receive direct marketing messages.
The buyer can opt out of offers and newsletters sent to their email at any time by notifying us via email or by following the instructions provided in the email containing the offers.
Dispute Resolution
If the buyer has complaints regarding the Online Store, they must be sent to the email address info@maiwistik.eu or by calling +372 56285173.
If the buyer and the Online Store cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The procedural conditions can be found and an application submitted here. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from contracts concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. Reviewing a buyer's complaint by the committee is free of charge.

Processing of Personal Data
MaiWistik OÜ guarantees the confidentiality of the personal data of Online Store users and does not sell, transfer, or mediate users' personal and contact data to third parties, unless it is necessary for providing the service, fulfilling a legal obligation, or in cases of special agreements, such as announcing the winners of possible campaigns or lotteries.
MaiWistik OÜ is the responsible data controller for personal data and transmits the necessary personal data for payment processing to the authorized processors UAB OPAY solutions, SumUp, and Stripe.
For the purpose of using the Online Store, fulfilling orders, customer service, marketing activities, analyzing website performance, and improving customer experience, MaiWistik OÜ may use various digital tools and service providers, including analytics and advertising tools of Google and Meta platforms, and AI-based solutions.
With such tools, technical data, website usage data, data collected via cookies and similar technologies, purchase and inquiry information, or other data may be processed to the extent necessary for providing the service, improving website usability, measuring advertising effectiveness, remarketing, and displaying more relevant content and offers to the user.
The use of Google and Meta tools may involve the use of cookies, pixels, or similar technologies according to the user's cookie preferences. The user can manage the use of cookies and marketing tools through the cookie settings displayed on the website.
MaiWistik OÜ may use AI-based solutions, for example, to support answering customer inquiries, as an aid for content creation and improvement, for developing the website's user experience, and for streamlining internal work processes. When using AI-based tools, current data protection requirements are followed, and personal data is processed only to the necessary extent.
MaiWistik OÜ does not transfer users' personal data to third parties for sales purposes. Personal data is transferred to third parties only if it is necessary for providing the service, processing payments, delivering orders, ensuring website functionality, using marketing and analytics services, or fulfilling legal obligations.
Changes to Sales Terms and Conditions
MaiWistik OÜ has the right to change and supplement the sales terms and conditions at any time. The current version is always available on our website.
