Strengthening Immunity: Taking care of your inner defense forces
Immunity is always important to strengthen and maintain. You're probably aware that stress, overwork, and a lack of sleep are all factors that contribute to viral infections. If you have been feeling ill for a while, you should take it easy and rest and sleep so that your body can recover. The importance of sleep in the recovery from the disease cannot be overstated. When you have a cold or the flu, you're more likely to get other infections, such as sinusitis or pneumonia. A healthy immune system acts as your defense force, with the primary goal of defending you against intruders. Because the attackers are already in control at the border, the digestive system, nasal cavity, and skin are the most important.
What we do and choose today has an impact on our health, as does what we did yesterday, last week, and last month. We make good health a priority in our lives. Being healthy isn't difficult because we only require:
- enough sleep;
- Vitamin D;
- sufficient alkaline water;
- plenty of fresh food and exercise;
- work-life balance;
- and the less stress we experience, the better.
When something is missing from this list, the body begins to deplete its supplies, and it will be unable to defend itself against a virus. Consider the ramifications.
What happens if the strengthening of immunity fails?
Here's a great video that explains how we get sick and how stress plays a role. Dr. Bruce Lipton, a cell biologist, explains. He's also written several excellent books, including "Biology and beliefs", which I highly recommend.
Strengthening immunity and natural support
Antimicrobial plants kill microbes directly (viruses, bacteria, fungi). If the immune system needs to be boosted, the hedgehog will quickly activate the boost and stop the virus from spreading. It also works as a salivary enhancer. Garden wax, bearded moss, monarda, sage, garlic, ginger, holy basil, melissa, yarrow, and other herbs are used to treat infections of the respiratory tract, skin, and body.
Low immunity is frequently linked to bowel problems and poor nutrition, as evidenced by autoimmune diseases, chronic asthma, or recurrent infections. Various foods can effectively support the immune system. Green flour is an example of a domestic plant.
Vitamin A levels in the body are raised by eating orange fruits and vegetables. Nuts, seeds, avocado, and wild salmon are high in healthy fatty acids, which help to reduce inflammation. Vitamin C is a powerful stimulant, especially when obtained from citrus, rosehip, and grasshopper. Aromatic plants like ginger, garlic, and horseradish all help to improve blood circulation and digestion, which aids in the removal of pathogens.
Good bacteria are found in fermented foods like kimchi, sauerkraut, and vegetables. Plants such as bearberry, goutweed, and dandelion can also be acidified. Let your imagination run wild! Suitable for a tasty salad alongside almost any dish. Your body will thank you because, in addition to reducing inflammation, you will be boosting your immunity.
In addition to the foregoing, water is essential for moisturizing the mucous membranes and making the removal of residue from the body easier. All body fluids, including blood, lymph, intracellular, and intercellular fluid, are saline and alkaline, so good water for the cell is alkaline. 12 teaspoons Himalayan salt, 12 teaspoons 4-salt powder, or 12 teaspoons baking soda per 2 liters of water.
Avoid:
- lack of sleep;
- stress;
- smoking;
- excess alcohol;
- excess sugar;
- poor nutrition;
- water shortage.
