For me, health is not just the functioning of the physical body. For me, the whole is important - mental, physical, and emotional well-being.
In my work as a therapist and counselor, I often see people who are focused on problems, illnesses, or dissatisfaction. This has taught me even more to value self-connection, listening to the body, and making choices that support inner peace.
Maintaining health for me means noticing my body, choosing activities that don't exhaust me, and seeking joy and pleasure in simple moments every day.

My choice of beauty products has changed over the years. I don't consider myself an extreme product selector, but I always prefer what feels natural, suitable, and supportive for the body.

Yes, for example, Cupik has found use in our home for various skincare situations. Our family's experience with it has been positive, and it has offered a pleasant surprise.
My son had a wart between two toes for several months, and we couldn't get rid of it. But in the autumn, we decided to try - a month went by and the wart was gone... hooray!!! Namely, on about half of the evenings during that month, before going to bed, we applied Cupik to the wart, then put a plaster on it, and removed it in the morning. Pictures and proof are available! This made us very happy! It would probably also be very suitable for pimples on teenagers' faces, but for example, my own daughter couldn't stand Cupik's intense scent, so it remained untried.
At the same time, I want to emphasize that this is my personal experience, not a medical recommendation or a promise of a cure. For skin problems, it's always advisable to monitor the skin's reaction and consult a specialist if necessary.
In the case of Cupik, the scent is more intense, so it may not suit everyone equally. This is a good example of how when choosing natural cosmetics, it's always worth listening to your body and preferences.
8. Which product is always in your makeup bag?
There is a definite place for Bloomik body oil in my makeup bag. Along with Happik, it's one of my "must-have" products.

Being in nature is an important way for me to support mental balance. However, it's crucial to remember that for serious mental health concerns, it's advisable to consult a qualified professional.
My message is simple: go into nature, be present, switch off the noise for a moment, and breathe.
12. How would you introduce yourself if all roles were removed?
If all titles, labels, and roles were removed, I would introduce myself as a person who seeks and maintains connection with my natural self.
I see life as continuous learning and development. For me, natural beauty is linked to a person living in contact with their original essence, body, and nature.
It's important to focus on what adds value, energy, and vitality to life. Natural beauty for me means the joy of being oneself – every day, every moment, and in harmony with nature.
